Nothing Says Love Like Meatloaf

   Dinner tonight is meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy, salad and corn. I make my meatloaf stuffed with monterey jack cheese, ketchup glaze and bacon on top. Thought I'd decorate the top for Valentine's Day.

Sunny Superbowl Sunday

 While the rest of the country has had snowstorms and colder than usual temps, we've been having warmer than usual weather this week.  It's been sunny and in the low 80's .   Even with the warm temps, our pool water is still pretty cool this time of year, so the kids mostly stayed on the floats.

Tuesday, Feb 1st....Sunny Skies

    As much of the country is getting hit with snowstorms, this is what it looked like in South Florida today.  Sunny, clear skies and in the mid to high 70's.  I'm not a fan of our hot, humid, rainy summers, and miss the crisp autumn weather a lot, but am thankful to not deal with poor driving conditions, and bitter cold temps.
